   Hi Tommy,
   
   1. If you do not set it then nothing need to do with that permission. You only use it if you need to check user's albums before shown up to prevent sexual/prohibited contents.
   2. Because it is a safety place. You are in album X, you cannot know where was you before. It is not like thread in a forum.

   So to understand permissions for the gallery- if I choose to "not" moderate ANY albums- it is set I the user group permissions- yes? Not each individual user.
