Fixed Drop Down Menu Hashtag Issue

1. Go to the gallery http://www.sonnb.com/gallery/
2. Click on My Gallery (right under the text Forums)
3. Notice the url in the address bar actually changes to have the hashtag added (it's now http://www.sonnb.com/gallery/#)

The hashtag for javascript type hover links, etc shouldn't actually become added to the url when clicked.

this also occurs when you hover over My Gallery and click My Gallery in the submenu that appears, and also with the Explore hover and Explore in its submenu

In javascript we generally address this by returning false in the onclick handler for those types of links
