Question Possible Import From Directory?

    trying to import 10,000+ images.... Is there a way to import them from a directory?

    Hello David,

    Currently it is not possible to import from directory.

    But... this would be a great thing, and solve the one or other import problem, when i can import in a categorie from a directory an my server... ;)

    There are some limitations if we implementation this feature.

    1. Since XenGallery is Album-content targeted. It requires album or photos. So if we import 10k photos from a directory, all of them will be created in single album?
    2. You cannot assign owner for each photo and album, it is must be you.

    Yes - but its better then nothing, when the standard import fails. A fall back option... ;)
