Waiting feedback Videos Not Loading

    Hello,

    we got a problem with our videos that are not loading.
    Some are loading when clicking the comment icon.
    Some are not loading atall or just showing a blank page.
    We can not delete any video through the website interface.

    We use "2.1.6 Fix A"

    The problem might related to your Litespeed server. While in album view, I click on an video, the request type is application/json the response must be application/json. But sometime your server text/html with 406 status which is not understandable by the browsers. Maybe you have mod_security enabled?

    While checking for the server's configuration, you can get rid of this by disable overlay (which is a ajax request) by uncheck option in Style properties.

    Yeah we allrdy asked our web hosting but they say nothing like this is enabled (mod_security) - we try your solution and see if that works, thanks alot!

    EDIT:
    Disabled it but still same problem - we will investigate aswell and see what our Provider says about this. Thanks again.
