   Is there a system in place in this forum that lets us know which suggestions/features will be implemented in the future? Which ones will be picked or if new suggestions go ahead of others.

   There is no such information. All suggestions on forums are considered. I have a list of priority features to be implemented on my hand.
   - photo contest.
   - upload from thread
   - upload to profile post
   - drag&drop upload.
   -...
