    Hello sonnb,

I have to import +70k photos with +110k comments from a vB/PP live forums. Before I test a lot to be prepared. Your importer for PP with vB integration asks for PP pro 8.4. Is that really necessary? I did this test import with the "other" important gallery addon available too and betatested that importer. It even works for PP 5.x.

But when I start the import with your addon, it throws this error:

On my windows testing installation the path to the PP images is
    W:/forum/album/data/

That path is written in table pp_settings -> datafull too.

The structure within the data/ folder is like this:

    data/500
    data/500/medium
    data/500/mini
    data/500/thumbs
    ...jpg
    data/508
    ....

So there are "medium" folders, it should work. Since I do not own a PP 8.4, I am not able to update that. Can you please tell me, what is missing or what I can change? Did the table and folder structure really change over the PP versions or is this just a missconfiguration by me? I expect the last, since the import of the other addon works for all PP versions.

    Thanks for your help!

BTW, I do not have installed full software PP. I just copied the /data structure and importet database.
Maybe the importer is searching for anything within the php files?

    W:/forum/album/data/500/

would work, since it does find the images in "medium" of the user albums. But all other folders would be ignored. How is the new structure in PP 8.4, please?

I have replied your question on XF.com so I would like to quote it here:

Yes, that's it. Just an empty folder within data/ - and the importer starts without error.

I will remove that check in the next update.
