Help Pixelated Photo

    I've tried to paste this phot which is uploaded into my gallery numerous ways and it always comes out looking like this even though it looks normal in the gallery. What is causing this?

    This is the photo that was uploaded to the gallery. In the gallery it is fine. It is just when trying to insert into this thread that this happens...

    Here it does it too but the original file does not look like that...

    I tried to screen shot the original file over this but it keeps making that distortion every time. I am using IrfanView to convert these to png if that helps. I'm guessing it is doing something to them even though they do not show when I look at them on my PC?

    Can you zip it and attach again? Since attachment does this, it could be an issue of PHP.
