Fixed Xengallery Won't Load In Profile Page

    When I click the 'Photos' tab in the user profiles, it never loads. The progress bar just keeps flashing but nothing happens.

    Yes. 1.1.3 correct

    I tried to upgrade to 1.2 but I had errors and it is going to be alot of trouble to upgrade I think.

    I might help you if I know what is the problem. By the way, you could upgrade to 1.1.5 (latest version 1.1.x series) that could fix this issue.

    Hmmm... That's an idea. I will try that today. Need to download some backups and get to it.

    The problems were some tables in the database not being found. The installation failed and I had to restore from backup.

    Upgraded to 1.1.5. IT WORKED! The photos now load in the profile page. Awesome. Thanks for the super fast support sonnb!

    Ok so I tried to upgrade to 1.2.0 and this is the error that its giving me...



    Uh oh, your upgrade to 1.2.0 has failed!

    The following elements of the database are incorrect:

    • Column xf_forum.allowed_watch_notifications missing.
    • Column xf_forum.default_sort_order missing.
    • Column xf_forum.default_sort_direction missing.
    This is likely caused by an add-on conflict. You may need to restore a backup, remove the offending add-on data from the database, and retry the upgrade. Contact support if you are not sure how to proceed.


    Any idea what add-on would throw this? I have a bunch installed

    Before do the upgrade, please add following line to config.php

    $config['enableListeners'] = false;

    After upgraded, remove this line.
