Question Photo Unseen Count

    Hello, on Woltlab we had a Counter for unseen pictures and videos ( for new staff ).

    Something like this. Does this Gallery have a Counter? Or can you please add it?

    Hello,

    XenGallery works different from the regular gallery system in forums. The way Woltlab works quite same with XenMediaGallery (I assume that).

    XenGallery is social gallery oriented, so there is no way to count the unseen pictures and videos as they rely on the privacy. For instance, you post 10 new photos but not everyone can see it therefore the counter is vary depends on the current users. And since it rely on privacy, it is not easy to count using just simple SQL query.

    Like an Info any in the Forum Header or an popup like

    It is not possible for current release. Because XenGallery do not track viewing date for individual photos. You only can see new photos alert in your watched albums or categories. But it might work if modify code to support it.
