   i have position "hook: page_container_content_top" is not good for me i wish only forum list but
   foum_list or hook:forum_list is not working

   forum_list is a template, therefore the widget will be in the sidebar which is not expected.
   
   hook:forum_list is not a valid hook
   
   hookage_container_content_top is a globally hook therefore will be called on all pages.
   
   What about: hook:forum_list_nodes?
