Not a bug Sonnbgllaery Bug With Bd Attachment Store

my english is not good.

I was used AWS S3 Tokyo to store my attachments, it works fine.
Few days ago S3 released new area - Seoul ,and I moved all my attachments to Seoul for better ping.

but with Seoul it can not works, shows errors:

first time I thought it's internet connection error, but after I tried it with other 2 servers for test(in US and HK), bug still happend:choose TOKYO ,works fines , Seoul buged.

SonnbGlallery=the newest one
please fix it.

I tried to upload picture as forum attacehment.
Japan = Ok
Seoul = Error.

it's a not a bug, my fault , AWS permission setting error.
