Help Modify Name New Camera

    Hi @sonnb
    i uploaded one photo with new camera not listed in XenGallery database. XenGallery called this camera Sony ILCE-7M2 (i think it's model name) but really is Sony A7 II. How can i change the name? In database directly? Thanks :)

    I afraid that you cannot change the name at this time because XenGallery use the name comes from EXIF to match with the name in camera data. You can create camera data for it:

    Later, maybe we need a new field 'model name' which will be used to lookup with the EXIF, the name will be used for displaying only.

    Also, I have planned to make permission allowing admin create camera data right from the camera page instead of going to the admincp.

    To change the camera names go to Menu>Camera Management>Advanced>Basic>IP Camera Name. In that section, you can edit the “Camera Name” Option, please click apply at the bottom before selecting another camera.
