   Hi there, for some reason my live thread add-on does not seem to work.
   
   I start it, it refreshes once and turns itself off.
   
   How can I contact you to help me debug this? I would be happy to have you quote me for your time to fix this. I want to move to your add-on as my preferred live thread add-on.
