Fixed Tapping Alert To Being Tagged Will Bring You To Image(or Video), But Alert Drop Down Stays In Focus

So you get tagged in a photo, tap on the image name in the alert (not the album name), the photo will load in the lightbox, but the alert box won't go away.

I can move the entire alert box up and down in an elastic way, or scroll up and down through the alert, but tapping outside of the alert box in many places won't remove it.

Plus when on a phone screen there's not really much room to tap outside of it anyway. Certain stuff will hide it like clicking on the share button, but then you need to close the share pop over.

User found it straight away when I was tagging them in a video (as per my previous thread)
I was able to reproduce it with them tagging me in an image.
