Is There A Way To Not Use The Pinterest Layout?

    Is it possible, on the gallery homepage, make every album the same height; and once you click into each album, all photos of that album are displayed with same height?

    There is not. Currently we have no option to do that. The concept of this is to keep the ratio of original photos, that help user can see most of photo in the thumbnail.

    It would make your photos become quite ugly as it could hide some part.

    That is true, but what about a kind of frame-system, so that all images are displayed without hiding parts, but still a kind of "line by line" instead of filling up the gaps" of landscape images. Just leave that space below landscape images empty with the background colour of the gallery.

    With this you would have the best out of both worlds: alle images display properly (no hiding part), but without that "hectic puzzle like" display order.

    That option is not available yet because I still not move the thumbnail size settings to options. This was planned so your concern might be implemented with it.
