Request Gallery Addition. Very Important

1. I have observed that members can only add content to the collections through the gallery.

a.) I'm suggesting a front end option for members with the permission 'promote to collection' to be able to also add content 'directly' to a collection they have created without going to the gallery.

b.) If adding from gallery, Member can only add from own content

2. A permission to be able to manage own collection. Presently,
if a member is granted permission to 'manage collection', the member is able to edit and delete own collections and others collections.

So I'm suggesting an additional permission to be able to manage own collections.

3. Option for Admin to moderate (approve or unapprove) collections before it is displayed publicly

4. Remove from collection still showing even when permission not set but works as expected
