Fixed Youtube Links Won't Work Properly In Comments

    They get parsed as media embeds, but then the video doesn't get embedded.

    It would be better if either it didn't get parsed, so it was just a link.

    Or ideally, the video would embed and display properly

    PLAIN tags don't work either, to get it to display a link
