Request Ability To Allow Guests Access The Private Album

When an album is configured with custom privacy, the guests will not able to see this album. Therefore the only way the album owner can share this album is asking their friends to register an account on forum which might not interested. We should add an option in the share feature to with ability to generate a private link which is allow anyone can see the album when access this link (Using private hash). Ideally this link should be expired in limited time.
