   Is there an option to add a "forums" breadcrumb in between the "home" and "gallery" ones?

   There is no such option. Gallery is child of Home (forum index) not the Forums.

   No it is not CSS but a PHP stuff. I guess you are using XenPorta since you have "Home" in breadcrumb?
