Inline Edits And Moderator/admin Bar

    Hello,
    Quick question..
    The inline permissions and edits of photos do not display, if the user is a moderator or admin.
    How can I get these to display without the tools menu showing halfway down the page for normal registered users?
    If I add a change in CSS, users who are not mods, will see the menus, how can I get around this?
    This is a huge issue for me and I hope we can resolve this quickly.. :(

    fixed, I had a floating moderator bar and now it's sorted. Thank you and sorry. Feel free to remove this.. Thank you
