Help Prevent Members From Creating New Albums

I would like to prevent members from creating new albums, because I have set up albums already in dedicated categories.

But I want to also allow them to still add new photos inside the existing albums I have created.

The only way I have found to achieve this is to set Maximum Albums to 0 for Registered group.



This works OK, but I think is not user friendly because then the error if a member tries to create a new album is:

I want to hide the Create New Album button for members, but still allow new photos to be added to albums.

I checked the Category settings but this option disables user group from uploading new photos inside albums:


Is there any other option I am missing maybe? Or currently not possible?

Thoughts would be appreciated, thanks.

 

I think ideal way to allow flexibility is to have additional permissions for album creation and photo/video uploads at category level. I would fund that.
