Request Rebuild Streams

    It would be nice to have a rebuild streams admin tool to go with the other "Rebuild Cache" tools in the ACP.

    Well, I will admit this tool would probably be rarely used. However, we did have a case where we were mass uploading all of the galleries contents via a number of volunteers. We had several instances were streams were mispelt or mislabeled, and it seemed easier to do a SQL update query than to go through and edit each picture one by one. However, since you can update the streams list without huge issue, that doesn't update the blob in which all the streams are loaded into per image.

    Thus the need for a tool to update them.
