Fix undefined index error on profile editing that changes location and homepage.

- Added Contact Form to checking list for: keywords, links and Akismet.
- Added Options to limit user profile's fields: Location and Homepage based on their join date and post count.
- Minor changes

- Added link check for user's homepage.

Please go to options to activate it after upgraded to 1.2.9

- Fix error if user input invalid email (without @ part)
- It is now fully compatible with XF 1.2 and earlier.

It is now compatible with XF 1.2 Beta.

If you are not using 1.2 then this update is not required.

In the last update 1.2.6, a new function was used that requires PHP 5.3.0+, as many users still using 5.2.0+, this update would cover PHP 5.2.0.

- Add new limitation for registration times per IP per hour/day/week/month. That allow you to limit/prevent specific spammers/bots to bulk registering on your forum.
- Fix issue when a Mod approves a message that contains filtered words/links/Akismet by changing that message but keep that filtered content remains and that Mod also does not have bypass permission
- Fix issue that logs for registration were not being saved.

Corrected User posting and join date combination checking.
