Quick fix for an error in comment rendering helper

- Streams were not shown up in photo and video due to invalid variable name in template.
- Videos were not visible on mobile overlay view because of wrong size calculation.
- Streams in album were not deleted whenever album was deleted.
- Remove page title in author's videos page.
- Added ignore import photos if photo file is not correctly readable.
- Added pagination in album edit page to prevent errors (reach php.ini limit) when your album contains too many photos and videos.
- Fixed a bug...

- Added option for buttons in editor to avoid conflicting if you are using "BbCodes & Buttons Manager". This will be turn-off by default.
- Fix case-sensitive issue with XenMedio importer
- Fix issue while removing items from collection.
- Wrong date in comment widget.

- Fix error while adding a video to playlist.
- Fix issue with thumbnail in comment widget.
- Added ability for content's owner to see his contents if they are in moderation state.

Just a quick fix to fix error in Custom Fields page in AdminCP.

- Issue on album select while adding photo. It did not work if there is only 1 album in the list.
- Fixed issue with photo moving permission checking.

This is just a quick fix for 1.1.x series. I am preparing for 2.0.x which is coming soon with Video supported.
