Fixed Can Upload Images To Album And Save, Cannot View Them.

    Ever since I upgraded to 2..6.4 Fix A I have this issue. Open an Album, add a photo, save - all works normally. The image does not appear in the album, however. Any idea what to check? This is with any account. It worked fine prior to 2.6.4. Vanilla board with no customization other than Xengallery. Xenforo is current.
