Help "security Error" When Uploading Videos

    I tried to upload a video using the latest Gallery and Video add ons. It was well within the upload size limit I have set, but gave me a "security error, please press back and try again" error on an MP4 after the upload "completed" (there was no server error I'm aware of). I do NOT have ffmpeg installed. Please help!

    Just installed latest ffmpeg and ffprobe, got the same error. :(

    The message "Security error, please press back and try again" usually indicates that you do not have up-to-date token. For instance, I open a page, close browser and leave it for 2 hours, during this time, the token of my account has been changed but the token on page is not updated. Therefore when I open browser again with my tab opened, if I try to submit anything it will throw above message.

    If possible, please give me account on your site for testing.
