    It is the phrase. You can look for: sonnb_up_thread_limit_time_between_up_message. Anyway, it should be fixed in this case.

    It is hard-coded so you cannot translate it. You still can change it by edit the code.

    I want to ask you about this plugin before buying.
    The most important thing for me:

    - One user of my forum creat a new topic and then bump it - ok
    After bump he get for example 12 hours and cannot bump this thread again.

    so, here is a Question:

    Can he bump other threads if he cannot bump previous thread?

    It depends on your configuration (via the options). You can configure delay between threads also.
